Nelson is wound way too tight, he has zero customer service skills….after he has sucked you in to the contract. Make sure you have renters insurance: they will tell you they don't take debit cards, because "your" bank will charge you 20.00 per transaction. They will lock you out if you are a day late. Didn't like the place, did not like Nelson's attitude.
